Sedation Information for Anxious Patients
We know that many patients have a very high level of dental fear and anxiety when it comes to root canal treatment or any other dental treatment for that matter. Our goal is to minimize discomfort and anxiety in our office. Mississippi Endodontic Group offers IV sedation to make this possible. Dr. Webb works closely with a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who carefully performs conscious IV sedation for those patients who need the extra care and attention that is allowed through anti-anxiety protocols. This is a safe and beneficial procedure for patients who sometimes go many years without a visit to the dentist due to dental phobia.
